You'll lead a talented cross-functional team across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering - shaping the future of how millions of people care for their dogs.

What We're
Looking For

requirements dog
  • 7+ years in mobile product management (B2C, subscription-based apps).
  • 2+ years leading product teams or streams.
  • Experience launching and scaling global mobile products.
  • Strong background in education or wellness mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of metrics, analytics, and growth levers.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and UX research.
  • Knowledge of JTBD, Design Thinking, and familiarity with Reforge concepts.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Create globally resonant experiences across diverse cultures and markets.
Nice to have
  • Experience with gamification, health & fitness, or educational apps.
  • Background in PetTech.
  • Exposure to AI product development.
  • A genuine passion for pets (owning a dog is a plus! ๐Ÿถ)

What You'll
Do ๐Ÿฆด

  • Build the strategy and vision for the Woofz Product – the #1 product for all dog owners.
  • Create and prioritize the product roadmap across all product streams.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3+ Product Managers.
  • Oversee development across training, wellness, social, and monetization directions.
  • Analyze performance and drive key metric improvements (D30 Retention, LTV, Churn, NSM).
  • Build processes for stable, predictable release cycles.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback with the Support team.
  • Partner with in-app content and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Run A/B tests and user research to validate and grow product value.
