We're looking for a Head of Product ๐ถ who will lead this evolution - driving innovation, user happiness, and sustainable growth.
The Role
As Head of Product, you'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire Woofz ecosystem.
You'll lead a talented cross-functional team across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering - shaping the future of how millions of people care for their dogs.
Your Impact
Define and evolve Woofzโs product vision and strategy for the next stage of growth.
Set and own key product metrics: D30/D60 Retention (+30%), ARPU growth (+20% YoY).
Build and lead a world-class product organization that thrives on speed, creativity, and insights.
Translate user needs and data into meaningful, joyful experiences for dogs and their owners.
Partner closely with Marketing, Content, and Tech to align product outcomes with business results.
Create globally resonant experiences across diverse cultures and markets.
What We're
Looking For
- 7+ years in mobile product management (B2C, subscription-based apps).
- 2+ years leading product teams or streams.
- Experience launching and scaling global mobile products.
- Strong background in education or wellness mobile apps.
- Deep understanding of metrics, analytics, and growth levers.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and UX research.
- Knowledge of JTBD, Design Thinking, and familiarity with Reforge concepts.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Create globally resonant experiences across diverse cultures and markets.
Nice to have
- Experience with gamification, health & fitness, or educational apps.
- Background in PetTech.
- Exposure to AI product development.
- A genuine passion for pets (owning a dog is a plus! ๐ถ)
What You'll
Do ๐ฆด
- Build the strategy and vision for the Woofz Product – the #1 product for all dog owners.
- Create and prioritize the product roadmap across all product streams.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3+ Product Managers.
- Oversee development across training, wellness, social, and monetization directions.
- Analyze performance and drive key metric improvements (D30 Retention, LTV, Churn, NSM).
- Build processes for stable, predictable release cycles.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collect and analyze user feedback with the Support team.
- Partner with in-app content and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Run A/B tests and user research to validate and grow product value.
